Derek and I met in a geology class at Texas A&M University. We started off as lab partners, then became good friends, and finally started dating in the summer of 2005.

Derek proposed on a cruise in the Caribbean just a few days before our 2-year anniversary.

We were married almost a year later.

A year after that, we welcomed our little blessing, Adelyn Lindsay.
